These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Daily Diecast Auctions.

By registering an account, placing bids or using the website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Be legally capable of entering contracts

2. Account Registration

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining password security
• Accuracy of account information
• All activity under their account

We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraud or abuse.

3. Auctions

All bids are legally binding. Submitting a bid indicates an intention to purchase if the bid wins. Bids generally cannot be withdrawn once placed unless permitted by the platform.

The platform reserves the right to:

• Cancel auctions
• Extend auction end times
• Remove listings
• Reject suspicious bids
• Verify bidder identity

4. Winning Bids

Winning bidders agree to:

• Complete payment within the specified payment period
• Provide accurate shipping information
• Pay applicable taxes, duties and shipping charges

Failure to complete payment may result in:

• Account suspension
• Cancellation of the order
• Restriction from future auctions
• Recovery of administrative costs where permitted by law

5. Payments & Bid Holds

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We reserve the right to perform payment verification before releasing items.

To keep bidding fair, we use temporary card holds. Here is how it works for you:

1. Save a card before bidding. You must have a valid credit or debit card saved to your account. Saving a card does not charge you.
2. A hold is placed when you bid. Each bid places a temporary hold on your card of 10% of your bid (minimum $25, maximum $500). This is not a charge. The amount is reserved on your card limit but not taken from your account.
3. Outbid? Your hold is released. If someone outbids you, your hold is cancelled right away. Depending on your bank, the reserved amount may take a few days to show as available again.
4. Auction ends and you didn't win. Any remaining hold is released when the auction closes.
5. You win. Your hold stays in place as a deposit. You have 48 hours to click "Pay now" and complete payment for the item and shipping at our store checkout. Once you pay, the hold is released in full. The hold is never used as part of your purchase payment.
6. You don't pay within 48 hours. We may charge a $25 non-payment fee from your hold to cover administrative and relisting costs. The order will be cancelled, the item may be offered to the next highest bidder whose bid met the reserve, and your account may be restricted.
7. Long-running holds. Card holds expire after about 7 days. For longer auctions, we may renew the hold on your saved card while your bid remains active.

6. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only. International buyers are responsible for:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Local regulations

Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Product Condition

Items are sold based on their listing descriptions and photographs. Vintage and collectible products may have imperfections consistent with age.

Buyers should carefully review all photographs before bidding.

8. Returns

Auction purchases are generally final. Returns are accepted only where:

• Incorrect item received
• Item significantly differs from description
• Required by applicable consumer protection laws

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Use fake accounts
• Shill bid
• Manipulate auctions
• Harass other users
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Upload malicious software
• Violate applicable laws

Accounts engaging in fraudulent behaviour may be permanently banned.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

• Logos
• Images
• Product descriptions
• Design
• Software

remain the property of Daily Diecast Auctions or their licensors.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Diecast Auctions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant transaction.

12. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify Daily Diecast Auctions against claims arising from misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, internet outages, government action or shipping disruptions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts unless otherwise required by applicable law.

15. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
