• Reject suspicious bids

4. Winning Bids

Winning bidders agree to:

• Complete payment within the specified payment period
• Provide accurate shipping information
• Pay applicable taxes, duties and shipping charges

Failure to complete payment may result in:

• Account suspension
• Cancellation of the order
• Restriction from future auctions
• Recovery of administrative costs where permitted by law

5. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We reserve the right to perform payment verification before releasing items.

6. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only. International buyers are responsible for:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Local regulations

Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Product Condition

Items are sold based on their listing descriptions and photographs. Vintage and collectible products may have imperfections consistent with age.

Buyers should carefully review all photographs before bidding.

8. Returns

Auction purchases are generally final. Returns are accepted only where:

• Incorrect item received
• Item significantly differs from description
• Required by applicable consumer protection laws

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Use fake accounts
• Shill bid
• Manipulate auctions
• Harass other users
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Upload malicious software
• Violate applicable laws

Accounts engaging in fraudulent behaviour may be permanently banned.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

• Logos
• Images
• Product descriptions
• Design
• Software

remain the property of Daily Diecast Auctions or their licensors.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Diecast Auctions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant transaction.

12. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify Daily Diecast Auctions against claims arising from misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, internet outages, government action or shipping disruptions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts unless otherwise required by applicable law.

15. Changes
